Wayne G. “Pap”  Astolas, age 89, of Beechview, passed away at home with his family by his side on July 20, 2020.

He was preceeded in death by his wife of 47 years Ann Astolas.

He will be greatly missed by his surviving family, grandchildren, great grandchildren and caring neighbors.

Pap had a love and passion for his old cars and trucks. You could always find him with a tool in hand tinkering and fixing things.  He was a proud U.S. Army Veteran who fought in the Korean War.

At Pap’s request, all services will be held at a safer time.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Wayne’s name to Light of Life Rescue Mission at www.give.lightoflife.org

Wayne (Pap) was so much of a part of all our lives. He will still be watching over you from up above. The Spa Girls already miss him coming in and fixing everything we broke! Godspeed Pap.
