Anthony “Pappy” J. Sacco, age 73, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully with family by his side on December 29, 2023.
Born on November 24, 1950, he was the son of the late Patrick Sacco.
Beloved husband of Judy Sacco; loving father of Lisa (Dan) Amman, Kim (Wayne) Bisbey, Ron Wagner, and Jason (JoAnn) Wagner; cherished grandfather of Dan (Jaime) Amman, Sabrina Amman, and Jacob Wagner; and great grandfather of Olivia, Vivian and Avery Amman.
Anthony was Pappy to everyone, he loved spending time with his wife, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed weekend excursions, whether it was to the Summit Inn, Ligonier and many other bed and breakfasts. Pappy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 from 2-7 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A service with full military honors will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024 at 10 am at the funeral home.
