Colleen Cordero

Colleen Cordero, 86, of West View, formerly of Plum Borough, passed away on July 4, 2023. She was born in Pittsburgh, on November 19, 1936, the daughter of the late Tom and Gertrude Rice. Beloved wife of the late John Cordero; loving mother of Karen Perlebach, John Cordero, Lauren (Steve) Cordero, Joni (Bruce) Gertz, Eric Cordero, Jennifer Cordero, Thomas Cordero, and the late Marc Cordero; sister of Donna (Ernie) Clontz. Colleen is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 4 step-grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild on the way. She loved spending time with family and enjoyed her profession as a psychiatric nurse for 25 years at Braddock Hospital until the time of her retirement. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, August 27, 2023, from 4pm-8pm at Bellevue Memorial Park and Pool, 320 Bellevue Road, Pittsburgh, PA, 15229. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
