Dwight David Brown

Dwight David Brown, age 72 of McDonald formerly of Clarksburg, WV passed away peacefully on April 10, 2019.

Born on March 25, 1947, he was the son of the late Rosalie and Elmer Brown.

David was survived by daughter, Kimberly Lucas and her children, sister, Jo Lynn (Matt) Fahey, brother, Richard “Elmo” Brown; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, John Robert “Bob” Brown.

He was a DVD collector and loved watching movies.  He was an avid Jimmy Buffett fan.
He devoted his life to the medical field. First as a combat medic for 16 years in the USArmy, then at UHC as a Respiratory Therapist and later in the Sleep Lab, from which he retired. He volunteered several years at UHCs Camp Catch Your Breath for kids with asthma. He loved working with the kids and other volunteers at camp. He was a beloved brother, father, Uncle and friend!

A memorial service will be held at a late date.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of this wonderful man. He was my camp counselor for many years, and I volunteered along side him for several years after that. I have many wonderful memories of Dave.
