My wife Megan and I were both deeply saddened to learn of Gene’s passing. We both enjoyed spending time and conversing with Gene; his love of life, family, friends, sports, music, skiing, motorcycles was apparent and infectious. I am so thankful for Gene. He was so kind and loving to my entire family. And on a more personal note, Gene served as a positive male role model in my life - at a time when I needed positive male role models the most. I can't begin to express what how much that meant to me. Rose, please know that we love you and you are in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.
