I wasn't one of the afternoon Beadling Club crowd on to many occasions, but thankfully I was privileged enough to of had the honor of knowing both Pete and his wife Mary, again thru the Beadling Club. I guess one of the things that I'll remember about Pete was his red convertible Volkswagen bug, which cracked me up to see a Marine in what would be considered a safe car and not some revved up Corvette. My wife and I moved to Florida almost seven years ago, but our fond memories of the Beadling Club still dance in our heads, and Pete sure was one of those memories. RIP Marine, your duty on Earth has been successful.

Pete was a great guy and friend. We spent many weekends over the years watching college and pro football together. He had a soft spot for Penn State football and we watched the highs and lows the last several seasons. He was always fun to be around and called it just like he saw it. He will be sorely missed by his Beadling Club buddies and all who knew him. It is my honor to call him, his late wife Mary Jane and his children Amy and Mike friends of mine. Rest in peace, my brother.
