Joseph W. Turner, age 65, passed away on January 24, 2023.

Born on December 9, 1957, in Washington, he was the son of the late Eleanor M. Turner and Charles W. Turner.

Joseph is survived by brother, Charles E. Martin of Florida; sisters, Debra A. Collins of Canonsburg and Tracy L. Turner of Washington; and uncle, Louis E. Marriner of Washington; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by sister Denise J. Wolf.

He worked at Rest Haven Personal Care, Claysville Truck Stop and later retired from Shop n Save.  Joseph loved sports, especially the Steelers and Pirates.

The family would like to extend a thank you to The Washington City Mission as he was very thankful for his time there.

Family and friends are welcome on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at 11 am at The Washington City Mission.
