Joyce Maria Harshman

Joyce Maria Harshman, age 71, of Washington, PA, passed away on February 9, 2024. Born on December 13,1952, she was the daughter of the late John and Stella Quigley.

Beloved mother of Tiffany (Matthew) Vogel and Richard (Tracy) Harshman. Cherished grandmother to Colton, Gavin, & Caden Vogel, along with her fur grandbabies Maya and Ellie Vogel & Kenzie and Kimber Harshman. Joyce is also survived by her siblings John (Jan) Quigley of Colorado, Jeff (Brenda) Quigley of Marianna, Joel (Carolyn) Quigley of Marianna, and Jolene Cicci of Marianna along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Joyce was a selfless and giving person who wanted nothing more than to help others. The simplest pleasures, like dark chocolate, brought happiness to Joyce. She traveled to many tropical beaches in her lifetime, but particularly loved vacationing in Cancun, Mexico with her dearest friend Valarie Visser. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the lights of her life. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

At Joyce’s request, there will be no services. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the ALS Association (https://donate.als.org/give/287064/#!/donation/checkout?c_src=jumppage). Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
