Linda and I knew each other from pre-Kindergarten days. We went to St. John's Episcopal Church together....Our parents were friends and we went to each other's Birthday Parties (I Always HAD to give her socks). I moved away and discovered that were in nursing school together! She was a perfect nurse...intelligent, empathetic, kind, and always smiling in her very calm way. Such a loss for her family and friends.

Dear Jennifer, Mark and Families, It is so difficult to put into words the shock and sadness I am feeling. From our memorable trip to Florida in l964(?) in her Dodge Dart convertible for her friend's wedding to recently seeing her at Uncle Clark's funeral in Kentucky (and the 60 years in between) we have kept in touch and remained close friends. She was an extraordinary lady with overflowing kindness and concern for others. I consider myself fortunate to have known her. Recently I became aware that the reason we "grieve" is because we "LOVED!" In time you will overcome your grief and replace it with the wonderful memories and love you shared with your Mom. My love to you all, Aunt Barbara
