Karen Muth

Karen Muth, 76, of Washington, PA, passed away on November 15, 2023, with her family by her side.

Karen was born in Washington, PA on September 5, 1947. She was the daughter of the late Josephine and Charles Young.

Beloved mother to Kristy Nicholls and Allan (Jamie) Nicholls Jr. Cherished grandmother to Kylee (John), Cameron, Jeremy, Dylan, Braden, Regan, and Riley. Loving great-grandmother to Colton, Brantley, Gracie, and Sara. Dear aunt to Lonnie Nicholls.

Karen was preceded in death by her daughter, Jody Lynn Nicholls, her brother Omar Young, and her sister Charlotte McCreanor.

Karen cherished her time with her family, especially at the family cabin in Somerset. In her free time, Karen loved arts and crafts and time spent at Myrtle Beach. Let’s not forget Karen’s love for doing hair and talking gossip with friends and family in her salon in the basement.

All services at the family’s request will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
