Karen and kids, We are so sorry about Mark. Like Steve, we have such good memories. Mark was so kind to share times with his Dad and the Pirates team with our kids who loved the Pirates. It made an everlasting impact on each of them. Our boys and my husband and I will never forget that. Karen, I think of you often. Lucy Nesbitt

I was saddened to hear of Mark's passing. It's been so many years since we have all been neighbors. I have so many wonderful memories from the days of our joined driveways on Maitland Lane. Sending sincere condolences to Brent, Bruce and the entire extended Tanner family. May dear Mark rest peacefully and his loving memory sustain you.

Aww this hurts me, pains me deeply. Mark and I became friends because we have homes in the same neighborhood. His infectious view on life aided me in my own view. Truly one of a kind. He dealt with his health problems, as well as his daughter's, with an attitude that helped me in my continuing struggle of getting through losing my son who passed unexpectedly at the age of 27. I wish to express my sincere condolences to the all of the family and friends left behind in the wake of losing Mark. These things aren't easy to do. RIP, Ralph! We called each other Ralph, inside joke... I miss you Sir.
