Nicole Leighanne Osborne, 41, went home to her Lord and Savior on June 30, 2023, after a courageous battle with Burkitt’s non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Never one to complain, she instead focused her attention on other’s needs.  She was brave beyond compare and gave of herself unselfishly.

Nicole (Nikki) was born May 8th, 1982, in Hugo, Oklahoma and graduated from Genesis Christian School in Carlos, Indiana. She loved flowers and always aspired to owning her own floral shop. Her other loves were her family, animals, the beach, jet skis, music, and playing in the snow.

Nicole leaves behind her devoted sister Crystal Lewis-Sicilia (Jeff); aunts, Cheryl Sturm (Budd) and Patricia Lewis; cousins, Sean Westfall (Allison), Karhma Dent (Joel); nephew Austin Sicilia (Megan); nieces, Sierra Sicilia, Gabrianna Sicilia, and Addison Sicilia; as well as her beloved fur baby, Tyson. She will be welcomed in Heaven by her Mother Mari Louise Lewis, grandparents Jack and Mary Lewis, uncle Jack Lewis, and many friends.

Celebrate her life with the gift of life; in lieu of flowers, we are celebrating Nicole by encouraging all the people in her life to give back and help change others’ lives. If you can, please donate blood on Nicole’s behalf.

A very special thank you to the staff at West Penn Hospital. We could never thank you enough for your love, support, and the personal relationships that were established.

A celebration of life for Nicole will be scheduled later. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
