My heart is very sad. Bob was a very special person. He was always teaching us something from driving a boat, to dancing, to playing chess. I am very proud to be a part of his "Hammelette" crew. I still have my T-shirt!! Bob will always have a special place in my heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to Bob's family. He will be greatly missed. Love you Bob???? RIP

I met Bob many years ago, while boating. We became friends right from the start. In fact, every post on here is from a mutual friend. I will miss you Bob. Enjoy your boat ride to Heaven. My thoughts and prayers go out to your Wife and Family.

I don’t really remember Bob, but he sounds like a really great guy. I met him when I was little, at Sarah’s chocolates. And he was super cool. And he is my grandpa and I was 6 when he died but I ask my mom (Marnie) about him sometimes RIP Robert H Hammel
