Ronald Ray Slaughter II

Ronald Ray Slaughter II passed away peacefully on July 24th, 2023, surrounded by his family.

Ron was born June 19th, 1966, and raised in South Point, Ohio. He served in the Marine Corps and was stationed at Marine Barracks 8th and 1 and MCRD San Diego. Ron was a member of Bethany Lodge no. 69 AF and AM in Bethany, West Virginia and was also a member of the Scottish Rite of West Virginia. Ron was preceded in death by his Grandparents, father Ronald Slaughter, and his brother Robert.

Ron is survived by his daughters and son – Miriam Slaughter of Baltimore, Maryland, Victoria Slaughter of Dublin, Ohio, Ronald Ray Slaughter III and Lorelei Slaughter of Herndon, Virginia. He is also survived by his beloved granddaughter Angela Corbett of Baltimore, Maryland, his brother and sister-in-law David and Billy Smith of Follansbee, West Virginia, as well as many nieces and nephews.

There will be no public visitation. A private family memorial will be held at a later date between his children.
