Sending my deepest condolences and heart felt prayers to the Salopek family at this difficult time. I worked with Steve through the years and have fond memories of long commutes to business meetings and long hours of Food Trade Shows. Steve would bring me up to date on the family and local industry happenings. I would ask about his wonderful wife, Barbara, who I also worked with through the years. Steve would light up when he spoke about Barbara and tell me of the plans they had for dinner dates together. Steve will be sincerely missed by many. Sincerely, Laura Trent-Paoli (Knouse Foods)
