Gene and his family were great additions to the West Allegheny Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Although I only knew Gene for a short period of time I enjoyed associating with him. Gene was a real person. What you saw is what he was. He will be missed. Our love and is with the family at this time.

Dear Wilcox family, a light has gone out in your hearts, but for a moment, the radiance of the husband, father, brother, son lasts even in the darkness until the switch is turned on again. While you await that time be assured of loving arms and hearts to support you all and rejoice in knowing how much Gene was loved and will be missed by so many. I shall miss the sparkle in his eyes and the twang in his voice, I will miss most, my brother.
