Sarah Anne Soff, age 19, of Peters Township, Pennsylvania was called home by Our Father as a result of a car accident on Saturday, November 18, 2017.  Sarah was a 2017 graduate of Peters Township High School and was a freshman in the Nursing program at Indiana University of Pennsylvania where she was pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse and eventually a Pediatric Oncologist.

Sarah had a soul that knew no bounds, and the love she had was endless.  Sarah loved traveling, learning, working, picking sunflowers, watching sunsets and most of all spending time with her family and friends.  Her love for them was everlasting.  Sarah had a contagious smile, and always lived life to the fullest.  She touched the hearts of every person she met and was always committed to helping people in any way she could.  Even in death she continues to take care of others via the CORE organ donation program, through which she helped save the lives of several people on the transplant list.

Sarah is survived by her loving family, parents Steve and Georgia; siblings Christina, Michael, and Ava; grandparents Tom and Aggie Ritchey, and many aunts, uncles and cousins.  She is also survived by her “Janis Drive neighborhood family” and her “work families” at Simmons Farm and at Justice, and by her many circles of friends.

A memorial mass will be held Friday, December 29, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Benedict the Abbot Catholic Church, 120 Abington Dr., McMurray, PA 15317.

Georgia and family: "Ye have lost a child -- nay, she is not lost to you, who is found to Christ; she is not sent away, but only sent before; like unto a star, which going out of our sight, doth not die and vanish, but shineth in another hemisphere.” Samuel Rutherford My heart is filled with sadness. Please accept my sincerest sympathies and know that my prayers are with you during this difficult journey!

Soff Family, I am still thinking of you all daily and praying for healing. Not a day goes by that i don’t wish i was closer with you all. I want to get to know the family that blessed this world with Sarah. I am finding her in my life everyday. In the good things i see her sunshine and when bad things happen i feel the comfort of her smile and warm personality. I hope all of you are doing well. God Bless! ❤️???? -Tony LaRosa
