Virginia Caryl Gross Kaufer

Virginia Caryl Gross Kaufer, Hebrew name, Vita,  age 84, of Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2021.

Born on April 8, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Estelle and Bernard Gross.

Loving mother of Michael Kaufer, Jill (Itzhak) Ben-Shabbat, Jonathan Kaufer, Wendy (David Mancuso) Kaufer, Elizabeth (Nathan) Busch, Abigail Kaufer, and Amy Fisch; grandmother of Chad, Mitchell, And Brian Herring,  Gabriel and Danielle Ruble, Asher Fisch, Zachary and Ethan Busch, Olivia Kaufer, and 1 great grandchild, Jaxon Herring.

Ginny was a very bold, creative and artistic woman.  She enjoyed painting, knitting, sewing and making jewelry.  She had a flare for fashion and design, always shopping for her sense of style.  She was very spiritual and a great lover of all animals. Ginny had green cat eyes that will not be forgotten.  With a big heart, her doors were always open for her children. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Small private Burial and Shiva will be held.
